ma MSA & moi 5.11.0

The "ma MSA & moi" application is a free and secure tool that provides various services from My Private Space to facilitate your interactions with MSA. Log in using your MSA credentials to access your payments, download your health certificates and statements, and send messages to MSA directly from your smartphone.

Easy Access to My Private Space

In order to access these services, you must be an employee, worker, retiree, or eligible dependent under the agricultural system, and already registered in My Private Space.

The login credentials for the application are the same as those you use to access My Private Space on your MSA website. If you need to create a new My Private Space account or request a new password, please visit your MSA website or go to https://www.msa.fr.

Features

• My Payments: With the "ma MSA & moi" application, you can easily view all payments made by MSA, including healthcare reimbursements, daily allowances, family benefits, retirement benefits (both salaried and non-salaried), social benefits, and work accident pensions. You can also directly download your health statements (medical reimbursement, daily allowances, and work accident pension) on your smartphone.
• My Health Certificate: The application allows you to download health certificates directly to your smartphone for yourself and members of your household (e.g., children or eligible dependents).
• My Messages: Communicate securely with MSA through a dedicated messaging system. You can send messages, receive replies, and access your message history.
• Request an Appointment: Schedule a phone or in-person appointment with an MSA representative at your local agency. An agent will contact you to arrange the appointment.
• Submit a Document: Easily submit documents to MSA directly from your smartphone. Take photos of your documents or choose files from your phone's gallery.
• My CEAM: Request a European Health Insurance Card (CEAM) for yourself or eligible dependents and access digital versions of your cards.
• My Profile: Customize your experience by changing your password, updating your personal information (phone number, email), and easily switch between MSA branches if you are affiliated with multiple branches.
